Another rarity and collectable instrument here at Big house! An all-original, one-owner instrument (except screws for switches), this gorgeous guitar features the original burgundy competition finish with matching headstock. These are exceedingly uncommon and next to impossible to find at all (much less in this condition) with a matching headstock. The color is called Competition Burgundy due to the fact that Fender sprayed a burgundy burst around the edges (that has consequently turned purple of the years). The original owner is no longer able to play but wants the guitar to go back out into the world of music and inspire someone else as it did him. Included is the original case and a metric ton of mojo!
