Up for sale is a rare player’s dream: a left-handed 2011 Gibson Les Paul Studio '60s Tribute in a matte Satin Ebony finish. This guitar has been heavily played, naturally broken in, and is worn in all the right places.
Built at the Nashville factory on April 1, 2011 (SN: 109111385), this model pairs a lightweight, chambered mahogany body and maple top with a pair of growling, authentic Gibson soapbar P-90 pickups. True to the Tribute series aesthetic, it features a clean look with no body or neck binding, letting the raw rock-and-roll vibe take center stage.
The neck features the highly desirable SlimTaper '60s profile—fast, comfortable, and incredibly easy to play for lefty guitarists.
Condition & Player Notes:
- Play Wear: This guitar has been loved and extensively played. It features authentic, natural relicing including prominent buckle rash on the back and various small dings/wear marks across the body that give it an incredible worn-in mojo.
- Neck Mod/Repair Note: The back of the mahogany neck has been resprayed. It feels smooth in the hand and is completely stable, but the finish texture differs from the factory original.
- Frets & Electronics: The frets show typical player wear but still have plenty of life left. The dual P-90 pickups scream, and all electronics (3-way toggle, dual volume, dual tone controls) function perfectly.
If you are looking for a pristine collector's piece, this isn't it. But if you want a soulful, resonant, genuine USA-made left-handed Les Paul with killer P-90 grit that you don't have to baby on stage, this Tribute is ready to roll.
