Originally manufactured for the Canadian market under themodel 26955, this rare gem was resurrected from the Silvertone archivesto balance out the acoustic family by including a more traditionalDreadnought body style.
The 955 features a solid Engelmann Spruce top and Mahogany back andsides. We refined the herringbone binding and sound hole rosette, andopted to keep the original block inlay. There is a traditionalDreadnought version available, along with a Dreadnought cutaway body(Model 955CE) with Fishman Clearwave60 preamp with built in tuner.
